Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.3rdgenlabs.comand Command Center (the “Service”), provided by 3rdGen Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
Beta
Command Center is in development and offered as a private beta. Features may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. Access is by invitation, and we may end beta access with reasonable notice.
Accounts
Keep your login secure and make sure the people you invite are authorized to see your business data. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the Service, including syncing it with services you connect. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle it.
Connected services
When you connect services such as Gusto, Google or JobTread, you authorize us to access them on your behalf for the features you turn on. Those services are governed by their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing and approving time records before they are sent to payroll; we do not run payroll or give tax advice.
Acceptable use
- Don’t break the law or violate others’ rights with the Service.
- Don’t try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
- Don’t interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
AI features
AI-generated drafts can be wrong. Review them before saving or sending.
Fees
The beta is currently offered at no charge unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will give notice before introducing paid plans.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to export or delete your data. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
