Questions
Do I need JobTread?
No. If you use JobTread, Command Center creates and links jobs there, shows their invoices and reconciles with it nightly. It never edits JobTread financials.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
Each company's data is kept separate, and access is enforced in the database itself. Only people your admin invites can sign in, and field users see only their own tasks and jobs, never money. AI tools get the same access as the person using them.
Which AI does it use?
Your admin picks Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini for the built-in AI. Separately, anyone on your team can connect Claude or ChatGPT through MCP and work their records from there.
Can the AI change things on its own?
No. AI drafts updates, tasks and estimates as previews. A person approves them before they save, and every AI action is logged.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. AI capture reads English or Spanish, and the field screens can run in Spanish.
What will it cost?
